 1. Truths.  The success of the Pathway begins with a knowledge and appreciation of the Truths of Human Function.  For example, the biomechanics of movement, the physiology of exercise, and the biochemistry of nutrition?


2. Assessing. Based on these truths we can Assess our functional performance.  With an integrated perspective  we can investigate fundamental principles of health including movement, digestion, brain function, sleep, toxicity and stress.


3. Solutions. Based on the above, what can we do to increase our well-being?  The approach will encompass corrective exercise programming, strength and conditioning, energy and breath work, nutritional programming and lifestyle support.
